These terms explain ordering, payment, delivery, and use of the website. By confirming an order, you accept the terms that apply to it.

Orders are currently available only within Morocco. A request submitted through the website remains pending until our team contacts you to confirm the products, address, and delivery availability.
You must provide an accurate name, phone number, and address. We may refuse or cancel a request that is incomplete, clearly incorrect, unusually repeated, or suspected to be fraudulent.
- Cash on delivery only.
- An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you.
- Check products, sizes, and quantities before confirming.
- Mandatory rights provided by Moroccan law remain unaffected.
Availability and out-of-stock products
All products are subject to available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your request, we will tell you before confirmation and offer to wait, choose an equivalent, or cancel the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a product without your clear agreement. Because payment is on delivery, you will not pay for an unavailable or undelivered product.
Delivery within Morocco
Delivery is available only in Morocco: 20 DH in Agadir and nearby areas and 35 DH in other Moroccan cities. Delivery is free from 250 DH of products.
Delivery fees are not included in the product total and are paid directly to the courier when applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city, courier, or events outside our reasonable control.
Prices and cash on delivery
All prices are in Moroccan dirhams. Product charges and any delivery fee are paid in cash when the order arrives unless another method is clearly offered in the future.
If there is an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before confirmation so you may accept the corrected information or cancel.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and non-conforming products
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible before a delivery attempt.
Withdrawal rights under Moroccan law remain available where they apply. For food safety, opened or unsealed food cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or not as ordered. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, do not use it and contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos.

We aim to present ingredients, weight, and images clearly. Color or texture may vary slightly between batches because natural food ingredients are not always identical.
Review ingredients before use if you have allergies, especially to almonds or other nuts. Website information is not medical advice.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website to explore products and place a legitimate personal order. Disrupting the service, attempting unauthorized access, placing false orders, or commercially reusing our content without permission is prohibited.
The logo, photographs, copy, and design belong to Souss Origin or are used with permission.
Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. These terms do not restrict any responsibility or consumer right that Moroccan law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and governing law
Terms may change with our products, service, or the law. The version published when you submit a request applies to that order.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably without limiting your legal rights or access to competent authorities.
